What is 'Pilates Fit in 15'?

Pilates Fit in 15 is all about reclaiming your strength without the stress of a packed schedule! Every week, you'll receive a high-quality Pilates recording (15 minute work out) designed to be done 3–5 times whenever it fits your life, making it easier than ever to stay consistent. To keep you feeling emotionally balanced from the inside out, I also include a monthly meditation session to focus your mindset and keep that motivation high. 

How does the membership work?

Your membership is designed to be totally seamless! Every week, you’ll receive a fresh, high-quality Pilates recording to use 3–5 times whenever fits your schedule, plus the  monthly bonus meditation. 

 

For just £10 a month, you’ll start to feel stronger, more mobile and more energised. These short, consistent sessions help you build healthy habits that actually last. 


1. Simple Sign-Up

Click the JOIN button to start your monthly subscription. For less than the price of two coffees, you secure your spot in our active community.


2. Fresh Weekly Content

Every Monday morning, a new video is emailed directly to you (always chek spam folders if you can't see it. Each session is a perfectly designed blend of :

  • Quick warm up.
  • 15 minutes work out.
  • Stretching and gentle cooldown

To keep your head in the game as much as your body, the monthly mediation will be emailed on the first monday of the monday. This can be done daily or as often as you choose.


3. Getting Started

 Getting ready is super simple - just dust off your mat and grab a set of Pilates resistance bands and a 23cm mini-ball (easily found on Amazon ). If you want to level up, 0.5kg ankle weights and 1kg hand weights are great options, but they are totally optional and something you can always add later down the line! 


4. Get stronger, more toned and flexible

As long as your subscription remains active, you will continue to recieve the recordings. your strength will improve over time and then you can consider adding weights to intensify.


Finally - Your safety is my top priority, so please remember to listen to your body, start slowly, and build up your strength gradually to prevent any injuries. It’s always a good idea to speak with your GP first if you have any health concerns or are unsure about starting a new routine. Can't wait to get started with you!
