Start with the flexible Pay-As-You-Go option at £10 per class. You can book upto an hour beforehand and you will recieve the recording afterwards, valid for 7 days. 

For better value, Online Class Bundles allow you to save money: 

- 5 classes for £40 

- 10 classes for £70, 

both valid for 3 months. 

For a regular practice, our Monthly Memberships offer the best rates: 

- Membership A is £30 a month for 5 classes, 

- Membership B (Unlimited) for just £50 a month.

Remember, all classes include a 7-day recording so you never miss a session.
